Now it's Dog's turn to laugh.
"A kitty!" he says.
"Are you a scaredy-cat, Wolf?"
"Oh, no," Wolf says quickly.
"I'm not scared.
What an idea.
But the kitty gets on my nerves.
She lives in my forest.
She acts as if it's hers.
And she won't leave."
"Bark at her," says Dog.
It's Wolf's turn to blush.
"I can't bark," he says.
"You know that, Dog.
I'm a wolf and I howl.
The kitty just laughs at me."
